Great Ab Workout

I puked 9 times last night and my abs are killing me today. The first couple of sets were easy because big chunks were coming out, but the last few sets were killer because I was just making these huge sounds only to let out little tiny blobs of yellow liquid.

Stupid sickness...I'm probably going to have to skip a race on Saturday.

You know, that really is just the best ab workout available.
If everyone else would just get past their natural aversion to it, i think it could well be the next big exercise fad.

On second thought, maybe not. Can you imagine the infomercial for this?
Sadly, i can too.

wow, I don't think I have ever puked 9 times in one day. Twice is usually enough for me.

Hope you feel better.
