TT/bullhorn bar that will fit 26mm quill stem?

Figured I'd give it a shot and ask. Originally was going to flop & chop a drop bar I already have, but recently rethinking my whole color scheme and instead of going with all chrome/polished parts I may switch to black. I could get a quill stem in black in 26mm, but I'm having trouble finding a decent black set of bars that will work with both the quill stem and TT bar end brakes. For example I like the Nitto RB-002 but I guess the ends aren't long enough to fit bar end brakes in them.

Wow 200 grams seems much lighter than the others I was looking at and they are inexpensive. Except wrong color.

After more searching I found Profile Airwing bars in black that should work.

I did already get the Profile Airwing bar but they don't slide in. Admittedly this is my first time putting a bar through a quill stem so I'm not sure how much force to use or if I can try and pry the stem open wider, I just don't want to scratch the parts up. I'll be doing some more research on the matter but any suggestions fell free to let me know...
