Apparel?

What equipment do you guys bring to a Tri? I wear a two piece Tri Suit the entire time, bike in my running shoes, and stuff my swim cap and goggles in my bike bag with my towel. Do you guys wear socks and underwear?

Equipment I bring:

1. goggles
2. running shoes
3. bike with helmet and bike shoes
4. nutrition/water on the bike for the ride
5. I wear a one piece tri suit
6. no socks
7. no undies

why do you stuff anything into your bike bag??? In T1 you just throw down your googles next to where your bike is and pick them up after the race. No need to bring anything with you that you don't need for that segment. No time or need for a towel in a tri. And after the swim I put on bike shoes, and after bike separate run shoes.

I wear my tri suit for the whole thing, no underwear, but I do use running and cycling shoes and socks. I always worried about getting blisters with wet feet and no socks.

Swim cap and goggles get stuffed in the transition bag when I'm swapping out my shoes.

This, except I do separate tri shorts and top and usually have sunglasses sitting in my helmet to put on for the bike and run.

Wetsuit and swimming cap also help.
