Argon E80 question

Hi everyone, I'm a 20 year MTB trail rider. For the past year have been loving my gravel bike. Now I need some advice with regards to maybe buying a Argon E80 tri bike. I've noticed that my main use of my gravel bike is riding over to the F1 racetrack and doing sprints or attempting to best times around the track. No actual reason for it, it's just what I enjoy. Now, my gravel bike with 40mm tires is not suited for that.I currently have the chance to get a good deal on the Argon tri bike. Would this be a good bike for my habits? Can I ride a E80 10km through city bike paths to get to the race track? Talking comfort and control here.
My biking is to compliment my 5 day per week weight training, not for site-seeing etc... Thanks!
