Well I went for my first run in sayyy about 2 months or maybe more on Monday night. Came home SORE AS (Thighs, calves etc) but that is to be expected for being a lazy ba5tard. I did the whole run on footpath, and like a paved footpath made out of cobblestone things, and wooden bridges around the lake here...... THing is it really made the bottom of my left foot sore as anything. Could it be that I am not used to running at the moment, or the hard surfaces need to be avoided at the moment, I need new shoes, or I have a foot problem?
Help would be appreciated!
