Interested in upgrading my current wheels. Looking for all around training/racing. Interested in spending $600-900 for the set. Searching around, haven't found a lot ...Spinergy, Mavic, HED, Bontrager. Zipps are out of my price range. Limited by 650 size. Any recommendations on the above mentioned brands or other brands I may have missed. I weigh 130 lbs.

The new Spinergys are pretty solid and really durable. (I've spoken with their guys about some of the improvements). You can actually train and race on them. Warning for lighter folks about discs, too. You will get blown around a little.

650 wheel are not in demand the way they were a couple years ago and I've seen quite a few 650 wheelsets go off on ebay way less then they are most likely worth. Not sure if your set on new or used but I feel Spinergy wheels are some of the best for the buck right now. A 650 size Hed or Renn carbon disc in good condition can be bought for under $375.00 on ebay also.
