Dura Ace Bar End Shifters

I'm thinking about building a TT bike using a bunch of parts I have on-hand. Since most of my drive train parts are Campy, my question concerns the use of 10S Dura Ace Bar End Shifters with Campy Front and Rear 10S Derailleurs. Is this a compatible match? Campy end shifters seem to be rare and much more expensive than Shimano.

You can use the DA shifters on campy DR's but only in friction mode (theres a little switch on em to turn off STi mode)
