First things first. I've never done a Tri of any length before.
I ride my bike 2-3 times/wk and avg about 40mi/ride.
I haven't swam in who knows how long and the most running i do is when i'm late for class.
Anyone have any good websites to check out or tips for training for a (sprint) triathlon?
I've got a few sprints and 1 oly close by next year that i'd love to try.

Also, in T1 and T2 do most people completely change clothes or mainly just shoes? I know there are tri specific shorts and such but is it a issue to swim and run in bike shorts?
