So anyways the last triathlon was back at the beginning of May 2007 and since then i haven't done any swimming or running. I have been piling on the miles with cycling though.
I finally got back into the pool last night to get ready for another triathlon at the end of September and to my suprise i wasn't as bad as i thought i would be. The muscles are a bit sore (mostly my chest and back) but my cardio was in good shape since i could still manage breathing every 3 strokes with ease.
But dangit, sometimes i really do wish i could just take a chunk of my cycling fitness and allocate it to my swim and run fitness.
