Off-season Training Help
I am looking for some tips of finding a good off-season training plan. I have a half ironman planned for next year and want to be as ready as possible. I appreciate any tips and/or links. Thanks!

Here are a few plans leading up to races.

For base training, just try to remain consistent and keep the intensity low. I aim for 3/4 of my highest week from the year before for hours.

Great link! I appreciate it! I still need to get that book you told me about, there's probably some good training tips in there too, isn't there?
