Roadie looking at TT/Tri bikes

I'm a Cat5 roadie who road all my TT races on my Specialized Allez road bike. I had the usual clip on aero bars and of course, I wasn't in the correct riding position for a TT and it reflected in my times. I'm 6'2", 185lbs.
So for 2008, I'm looking at getting into some Duathlons and maybe even a Sprint Tri as well as racing. I've had my eyes on 3 different bikes within my budget:
Kuota K-factor
Kuota K-factor SL
Specialized Transition Comp.
I've read where the Kuota's are not set up as a "true" TT bike but more for a Tri bike because of the angles and such. I haven't had a chance to test ride any of the Kuota's so I don't know how they feel. I'm interested in some feedback on the Kuota's. My thinking is that I want to get the K-factor and get some HED wheels, but I like the way the SL looks but that may neglect me getting a nice set of wheels.
But that Transition is pretty sweet looking and I like my Specialized.

I'd appreciate any feedback.
Thanks.

I know people who have and love all three of those rides. Just like with any other bike, try them out and get the one that fits you best.
