Sacramento Int'l Triathlon Olympic
Had a great time doing it. Was my first Oly. I had to do it now before my newly hired coach takes over my undisciplined workouts. 1.5k swim was 23:31.6 (pace 25:17)40k bike was 1:08.36 (pace 2:46;21.7avg mph) 10K run was 43:58.0 (pace 7:05) my total time was 2:16:06. As far as I can see from the results i asked them to print me a copy of so i wouldn't have to fight to see the results.. I got 10th AG and 38th OA. I'm satisfied with my first oly.. now if i can cut some time off my swim and transitions i'll be happier. please don't flame my times.. i didn't even decide to do the race til this morning at 4am.. i also did an 80 mile ride yesterday.. i'm sure that took some out of the tanks.

Way fast! You must have been flying! I did the sprint and you must have been one of the (many) guys on the Olympic who went by me on the run. Well done.

Not really likely in this forum...most people in here are pretty supportive.
Although if it makes you feel better...I think you suck for being so fast.

Hey, I'm from Sacramento, but in New Orleans now for school. Where was the swim and where did the bike portion go. I wish I could have been there for it. Those are some great times by the way.
