Go to TRI-Newbies online. They have a number of plans for triathlon. Stick with the plan and do not overdo your training. This is one of the common problems and will lead to injury and the end of your triathlon days.

Gotta second TRI-newbies training plans, another option is too look up a tri club in your area. They might have a training plan.
