A friend made the USA Triathlon team for the 2009 Worlds
Monica West, a really good friend of mine from back in high school who I recently re-connected with on Facebook found out the other day that she has made the USA Tri team for the 2009 Worlds in Australia. While I'm new to Tri's myself (I'm doing the Wendy's sprint tri in the spring), my understanding is that she's doing the Sprint Tri as part of the national federation team, although Im not 100% sure. She's got a fundraising committee (which I will get from her in case anyone is interested in helping out). And she rides a Felt B2.
So while she isn't a Bike Forums poster, she's a friend of one, so I figured the Tri forum folks might be interested.
