Help ID'ing this old quintana roo 650c frame?

Sorry for my noobishness, but I wasn't sure where to post this. I recently picked up this 650c road frame, but have no information about it what so ever. Any help ID'ing it and additional details would be so helpful! Thanks!

closest i've found after researching is this....Quintana Roo USA special edition 1994

Again, i'm not sure if I posted in the right section, so I apologize in advance. Thanks

Maybe try again in the classic and vintage section. Looks like an interesting bike, but it looks older than my earliest recollection of the brand.

^^ Thanks

bump!
I've contacted QR over the phone and gave them the # located under the BB. Apparently it is not in their systems because they do not have records of any models prior to the new ownership of the company. Hrmm
