this is my first season- per my coach's schedule, my last workout is an easy 30 minute activity of choice the day before the event.
In fact, here's the week's schedule:
T: 30 minutes of running. Do 1, 100 yard strider, every 5 minutes.
W: Get in 1000-1200 yards. Make half your swim a series of drills
F:Easy 30 minute your choice workout. Loosen up your muscles. Stay relaxed.
