Conversion from road to tri complete

Well...its complete for now, got the major stuff out of the way, just need to get a fast forward seat post and I'll be set. All in all, conversion cost me about $180.
I was able to get the base bar (profile design aero os) and extensions (profile design sonic csx) for $110 from my LBS. They just took them off a customers bike and had them laying around.
I spent about $30 on cables and housing.
I picked up dura-ace bar end shifters, used, off CL for $30 (also came with aluminum syntace aero bars)
I was able to get a new selle italia nt1 saddle at a shop that was closing down for $15.

Enjoy the pics... I am going to enjoy the ride!

Looks excellent. Miles better than my Jan Ulrich conversion below....

Nashbar have the carbon FF seat post for $99 at the moment.

All you need after that is the Wheelbuilder cover!
