I got off my bottom and got in the pool on Monday, it was as expected...slow and really out of shape, but great to get in the water and I could do in at lunchtime. Win allround
Tues my sinuses started filing and I remembered the last time this happened was after I was working on kick turns last summer.....and swamped my sinuses. This time no kick turns.
This could just be coincedence...but?
Does this happen to anyone out there? What if any thing do you do to prevent/avoid?
