Fuji SST road/tri

I am looking at bikes that can work for road riding/tri use. I currently ride my cross bike with slicks and aero bars for weekly TT's and road riding (group rides to century rides), and obviously cross...

i need a little less versatile but still flexible bike.

I have been looking a bit at bikes like the Kestrel talon (cannot afford a cervelo), and came accross a nice fuji SST 3.0 at a great price (1700 at LBS).

It seems like the seat post has both fore/aft adjustability and seat rail adjustability. I am wondering if anyone out there is using this bike for a tri bike as well as a road bike.

I realize that SST means super stiff. I am also curious if a super stiff carbon bike will be 'less stiff' under my 220 frame. I can feel lots of flex under me on my cross bike (from BD), as i obviously don't want a bike i can't ride for more than an hour or so. I was figuring even a stiff carbon bike will ride smoother than an aluminum bike with carbon/alu steerer.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!!! :thumb:
