Finally did it .....
After just over 9000km of training and racing I had my 1st crash today. 20kph heading up a hill, back wheel slipped sideways and before I knew it i was lieing on the road. Scratched my new pedals and shoes I just purchased today.

Sorry to hear... I know the feeling just had my first real crash a few weeks ago. Sounds like you fared better than me!

Hmm...now it's out of the way! Here's to 10000k without another one!
By the way, 20kph is way better to go down at then 50kph and, as said above, better uphill than down.

definately better at 20kph up hill but still sucks. Serviced my bike yesterday, its all good and went for a 50km ride today and the body was fine
