Burning up my glutes/quads

in my TT today, preparing for the TRI season (starts late in cold michigan), i have been having lots of issues with my glutes/HS burning out quickly. I have a 74* seatpost that i have zero setback on with my saddle a bit forward to give me a steeper angle. I find that when i am 'back' on the saddle... the HS/GLUTES burn out real quick... somewhat alleviated by getting up on the rivet, but this is not sustainable for longer periods...

any advice? Height is pretty good. Knee angle in the 'back' position is about 25-30*, my regular road angle is about 35*

straight bend forward = palms on the floor. Obviously I will continue to train. Have been putting in hard miles since January (in the snow). Thought maybe this was a common positioning error. I can take long hard pulls in the drops with my road setup, without similarly quickly burning up my HS/glutes. Thank you for your reply though... ill keep working more in the 'aero' position
