tri bike for Short torso/long legs
I have freakishly long legs relative to my height...I am 162cm, but my inseam is 85.5 cm (measured and confirmed at LBS today)...so, about 52% of my height is all leg...needless to say I'm a pretty good climber.
I'm shopping around for a tri bike (doing IM cozumel in November, might do a couple sprints or a HIM during training). Was wondering if anyone knew of tri/tt bike line that is particularly good for someone with my measurements? I've done some research, so far the BMC TM0(x) has the highest Stack:reach ratio, along with specialized transition.
Any non-mainstream brands I should check out?
Edit: I know about Guru custom cut bikes, but I'd only want to go that route as a last resort, as the bikes themselves don't look all that great.

Have you tried Quintana Roo bikes? Depending on your goal time, a road bike would suffice for Cozumel given the extremely flat course.

I too have a short torso, with longer legs and arms, although not quite as extreme as you. 183 cm, with a 89 cm inseam. Last week I had an initial session with a pro fitter, ordered the bike, and did the initial assembly and set up last night. He put me on a 2012 Kestrel 4000, designated as 55 cm (seat tube 58.5 cm, top tube 55.2). My initial pedal around the parking lot in the dark felt "right"... and the aero bar pads fell into place centered. Will work with the LBS today to get the fit closer, with a follow up session with the pro next Friday.
According to the Kestrel Bike Fit Calculator, I should have been on their 4000 57.5 or 59.5... I was a bit surprised he put on the smaller bike, but it is feeling correct.

Short top tube
I'm also proportioned shorter torso, I love the fit of my Orbea Ordu.
They are not the flavor of the month since Crowie dropped Orbea and went very
Fast on a Cervelo and then Specialized, but that means that can be had at some great deals.
My fit was very similar on the Ordu to the transition but test rides proved the Orbea to be more comfortable for me.

I would definitely look at the Quintana roo bike line. I have the QR seduza and it has a lot of range that you can set it up with. Also it has a slightly shorter reach then some other bikes so that may work for you. But be open to the fact that your going to be making some adjustments ( maybe lowering the bars or changing the stem length). You should definitely check out the suduza cause I think of all bikes, it can be adjusted to fit you the best.

I'm all legs (96cm) and I was recently fit on a 61cm Cervelo P2. I tried 4 different bikes (Felt B2, Cannondale Slice, Specialized Transition and Fuji D6) before going with the Cervelo. Go ride them before purchasing, I was dead set on the Felt because of the stack and reach numbers but it didn't fit right when I sat on it and took it for a spin.

Tall and narrow bikes, in order from tallest/narrowest:
Blue Triad (very tall, very narrow!)
BH GC Aero
Specialized Shiv
Scott Plasma
Cannondale Slice
Try to fit on some of those. Some, maybe all of them, can work for you.
Trek Speed Concept and TTX are middle of the road.
Cervelo P2 is long and low. Cervelo P3 and P4 are long and ridiculously low. Pro ITT only! (Unless you want to run a weird front end with spacers and/or a rising stem. Or put up with neck pain for the sake of saving 1 minute over an IM course.)
I'm not 100% sure, but I think Quintana bikes are also on the long and low side. They would not fit someone with long legs.
