Saddle Mount Cages that accomodate a bag

While at a ride this weekend, I saw a guy that had 2 water cages and a bag mounted between the cages. Looked cool so I tried to see what it was called; on the bag it just said "innovations". With the weather in TX heating up, I want to start carrying extra water bottles but carry essentials in my bag. Any solutions you found helpful would be appreciated.

I tried carrying an extra bottle in the rear pocket of my shirt, but it gets caught on my saddle when I stand up and go to sit down. Again, thanks!

Took a bit to catch him and he appeared to be in the zone... I didnt want to interupt and throw him off. Was going to ask him if I caught him at the next rest stop, but no luck. I went with the XLAB Carbon Wing set up. Seems good so far... But I have only used it a couple times.
