1st Tri Bike Looking for some 2cents (Video inside)

Hey all I just got my self a new toy and my weapon of choice was a Tri Bike. I will be using it to train for my 1st Triathlon, TT fun and as well as to ride the piss out of it!!! I know someone will flame me saying why get a Tri bike for your 1st triathlon and to nib that in the butt I didnt just get it for my 1st race I got it for fawk sake and I have always been tempted by there sexy look! I have 3 road bikes I could have used so Its not like I went out for the heck out of it.

So now that I cleared up that! Its crappy out side with a mix of snow and rain and I have been stuck indoors with a stomach virus the last two days so I figured I should play around with my bike. Set it up on the trainer and just wanted to see how I am looking in terms of position and what I should improve or do to help my form. I feel like there is a lot of movement in my lower back and I am sure I could get a better angle on the Aero Bars.

Video link but it is kind of power since I took it on my girls webcam.

I think I am doing ok for my 1st time on the bike but Id really like to get it on the road and see how it feels and as well what you Tri lurkers think.

Bike is a Motobecane Nemesis Pro 56CM. I am 5'10 with inseam of a bit over 32inch. I went with the 56cm since I have long arms and from looking at Aloha frames / what people said I figured Id be to squashed on the 54 but he 56 could work or end up a tad bit to big. Thing shifts smooth as heck and feels really solid. If anyone is looking at these and is having a hard time finding info on the new Nemesis frame I really like it. Other then the seatpost the bolt system they used it ******** and I can see my self really beating up the carbon on the post due to the angle they gave you to tighten the seat... Other then that I love it! It feels really light, has a nice groupset and looks really nice to boot.

in general, i think the fit looks ok. a couple of things look like they could be improved, but these are comments that are based off of the low quality video, so go by your feel, or from a professional fit before you make any big changes.it looks like you're a little bit stretched out over the top tube. the angle in your shoulders looks like you're reaching forward a bit much. i tend to look closer to a 90 degree angle in your shoulders and your elbows. but i've also ridden stretched out before. so go with what you're comfortable with (where you can get good air into your lungs and power into your legs).
the other thing that looked like it might be an issue, and you may have mentioned it in your post is it looks like your hips are rocking a bit. but i can't tell if that's just jerkiness from the video. and if you are, you may end up with some hip or back pain on extended rides. remedies are making sure that any leg length discrepancy are corrected in your cleats. other possibilities would be to make sure that your saddle width (size) is correct. you may need a wider saddle if your sit bones are not squarely on the saddle.
lastly, it looks like you might be seated a little low. again, couldn't get a good gauge b/c the video is grainy and a little bit jerky. but in my opinion, it looked like your legs weren't getting down as much as i would expect, and your back still had some curve in it.
but honestly, if you feel comfortable and most of all have no pain over long rides, don't mess with it.

Hey thank you so much for the feedback. I set the bike up that out of the box and put it right on the trainer. after I got on the road with it I found I did have move the seatpost up a bit and I definitively noticed that I was a bit stretched out, and elbows did feel right. I ended up moving the aero bars back a bit and the shoulders / stretched out feeling went away. I also was having to reach a bit to shift with having my aero bars extended to much. I think I was trying to copay the image you see the pros bikes and not trying to fit my own personal bike fit needs. also go my back flatter with the seat up! well again thank you I know this video was a few months old but all the things I thought I did wrong / ended up adjusting is just what you seen from the video!
