Modified Saddle Bag. Does it cause too much drag?

First post here!

I have this Topeak saddle bag and since the seat post on the cervelo is way too wide, I can't attach the saddle bag normally. So I attached it a different way. Take a look at the second picture. Does this look okay?

It will probably add 52 seconds to your century time.

If you are really worried about the drag or, more importantly, the looks, I suggest just stuffing what is in the bag into your rear pockets.

It really depends on how competitive you are. Anything that pushes wind will create more drag. Your saddle bag mount will create drag but whether it affects your time significantly will depend on your speed and distance.
