Sun Birmingham project.
image.jpgHey all,
I'm new to the site and am by no means an expert on bikes but I am slowly upgrading parts on a singlespeed I built last year and would like to know if anybody has any information on the frame and forks I bought?
Sun Birmingham Lightweight I believe may be from the late 50's?
Please excuse the ugly wheels, they are the next piece to be upgraded. The build has been on an extremely tight budget and has cost me little over £100... Which has made it so much more satisfying.
I've got to say that I am really attached to this frame now and would love to get a professional paint job one day. I stripped and repainted parts of the frame myself, but being my first attempt the result was far from perfect.
If anyone would like to share some knowledge or has some helpful advice for me it would be gratefully received.
Thanks, John.
