Antique Royal Enfield bicycle

I bought a 1930's Royal Enfield bicycle a few years ago, and I recently looked at the cones in the front axle and they are pretty bad. also the back wheel squeeks as well. I'm initially wanting to get into restoring bikes and maintaining them properly.
