    Bike touring routes

    Hey all,
I'm leaving for a month of touring in Scotland and I'm searching everywhere for a decent map with bike routes OR a book?
Anyone on these forums can suggest a site or book for a 1st timer?
BTW anyone heading in that direction for August wanna communicate?

Don't run red lights, wear a helmet, use hand signals, get some cycle lights(front and rear) and, FFS, don't run red lights!
