Good Places To Ride In UK
Could anyone give me some ideas on places to ride in the UK...I live in Oldham (Lancashire) and I'm stuck on places to ride to.

I ride out from Skem (best thing to do with it ) and ride circuits via Parbold, stoney lane etc

yep give us a bit more info to go on m8y..
im not far from u in Dukinfield and basicly (if thats what ur lookin 4) in 15 mins ride im out in the green in any direction - either towards Huddersfield/Sheffield or other way to Macclesfield..luvly countryside riding

For road - there are some very quiet and idyllic lanes in south Cheshire. Specifically west of Nantwich and around Beeston castle area. Some of the roads are closed for bridge repair but up to cycles (bliss!). Also some great pubs.

I don't think the o.p is coming back, but anyway, Glossup to Sheffield on Snake pass is a fine ride and challenging.
