Bikes: Claud butler urban 400 2007 model...!best bike i have ever had,why? i replaced the bars with flats..the seat with something more comfy.!and spent a month setting it up so i have the perfect cycling position,tweaks here there and everywhere.!

They sold me a 531 c frame supposed to have campagnalo dropouts......but it didnt!Just some cheap stamped out things.!this was years ago now....but it still pisses me off today...........!they are a massive shop...why rip your customers off....!

Couldnt you return it? Or at least talk to them about it? Ribble doesnt seem like the kind of place to **** someone over like that purposly, but I could always be wrong.

Bit harsh slagging them off when it was years ago... surely you could of returned it when you received it as not described.
