Hi folks.
I haven't spotted any of you that I recognise from BikeRadar or CycleChat but I suppose there must be a few of you over here too.
Yes, I am the same ColinJ from those two forums/fora. And I still like riding all over the Pennines in the Hebden Bridge area. And yes - I'm still overweight!

Anybody on here done or planning to do the London Tweed run? Its a bit too posh for me but would like to do something similar in the Home Counties area. Am not that fit so something fun, relaxing and low-key would be nice :-)

Welcome to England
Just joined this forum, from West Oxfordshire. Got a club in my village - Le Club Velo des Moutons Noirs - and ride in the Cotswolds and over Lambourn Downs. I also ride in London on a Dixie that I use as a commuter, and it's fine. You just need to dominate the road and be really aggressive all the time.

I am originally from Newcastle but live near Durham in the North East now.
Much better rides down here to where I used to live.

I've just joined the forums. Been lurking on the Hybrid forum, as I have just got a Cannondale Quick 3.

Oxfordshire here, but only in July and August. Otherwise, usually Massachusetts (USA) but next year, France.
