Wales cycling and walking boosted by Active Travel Bill

Wales is set to become the first Country in the world to make providing safe cycle and walking routes a legal requirement:

A bill to make it easier and safer for people to cycle and walk in Wales is being introduced in the assembly.

The Active Travel Bill would make it a duty for councils to develop safe routes.
