looking for rear bike rack that will clip onto rear trunk bags

I am looking at getting a rear bike rack because it sure is a pain carrying everything on my back or on my arms and my legs keep hitting the stuff. I want a rack that will clip onto a bag for easy loading and removal. The two main ones I know of are Topeak and Ibera. What other brands have the clipping system?

Klick Fix has a system of clips that adapt to use many racks [ or just Bolt a wire Basket on , milk lugs are popular atop rear racks .. zip ties work fine there..]

KF also has a Backpack with the socket in it, to snap onto a seat post adapter , placing their versatile bar bag mount on the back

Many commuters use a single rear pannier from a pair. It hangs on one side but doesn't affect balance. You can use both for larger loads and have a free rack-top for over-sized loads.
Modern panniers use QR locking mounts (R&K, Ortleib), these are much better than hook and elastic.
