    Just about any steel LUGGED frame will do. If it ain't lugged forget it.
    My preferred bicycle brand is.......WORKSMAN CYCLES
    I dislike clipless pedals on any city bike since I feel they are unsafe.

    Any lugged frame with Reynolds 531 tubing. That being said...I have no problem with a CroMo or even a decent quality HiTen frameset...but I have low standards
