Boosting my Cruz's cargo cap?

Currently running with a Cruzbike conversion off of a Trek Y26 (full-suspended MTB). For cargo right now, I have a seatpost Topeak MTX rack (20 lbs rated) and a Topeak bag. This just isn't cutting it for me! Does anyone have any ideas of racks I can load on that might actually carry some halfway decent amount of stuff? I'm at a bit of a loss what to do about the suspension, and the front is pretty crowded.

I'll second that. I don't think your rear triangle is too tight for a Burly hitch.
