Putting a Burley hitch on an Instep

We recently purchased a Burley trailer for our two youngest children. We have an old Instep Duotech that we are working to convert to a cargo trailer. I am looking for assistance in replacing the Instep hitch with a Burly hitch.

If there is an existing thread on this please point me in the right direction. I did a search but came up a little short.
