You don't have a lot of competition in there so your chances are pretty good. Dress Fred like have a fred like expression on your face and hopefully you will win!

If you win, you get it free the first year. If you want to renew, it's 25 every year. If you decide not to, you keep the benefits of your red star the remainder of the 30 years.
