Try the womans forum or get a front basket and put any nic womans bag innside. You can get expensive (but light) plastic frontbaskets with a "lace" pattern for bikes. Search the forum.

What is a womans bag anyway? I am a woman, but for sure I do not use the bags Paris Hilton use..

Look at Brooks bags or something from Velo Orange is this woman`s advice.

In the summer I often use a handlebar bag as a handbag, since I am the bike so often.

These guys have a nice handlebar system that takes all sorts of bags... Klick Fix Bags, etc including something that looks almost like a woman's handbag.

Clevercycles (www.clevercycles.com) has had things like that in the past; there is nothing on their site, but they say that they have a lot in the store that isn't on their site.
