I did manage to find a vid that says the LT is smaller/simpler/less parts/ yet its stronger than the original free radical kit??? Anyone got any insights on this? I had my heart set on the free rad with a hooptie but now im yet torn again. If what they say about the LT is true and its cheaper as well than I think its a no brainer. Anyone got experience or have one?
Pretty sure LT just stands for "long tail", and refers to their system of attachments. It is the common system shared by all Xtracycle compatible frames (Radish, Big Dummy, Free Radical, etc.). What you may be thinking of is their new version of the Free Radical, which they're calling the Leap.

Without knowing more about the Leap, I have to wonder if it has the same load capacity as the FreeRadical. Just comparing the Leap to my FreeRadical, there is some buttressing that is built into the older unit. I wonder if the newer Leap is maybe a lower weight capacity?
