I would love the Worksman Model U frontload cargo trike. To bad I live in the NW I'd be all over it.

rdlange, I know the feeling! I just bought number eight to add to my stable. That was a 7-speed Terra Trike, otherwise known as a butt-saver. It also saves on hands and necks too. I have a cargo trike too and it works just great for groceries.
The Europeans usually build cargo bikes like those you have shown and they are great at building functional, very useful bikes and trikes. A bike to them IS transportation for real, as opposed to the American mindset that is still struggling with "a bike is for little kids--grow up and buy a car (that is too expensive, you probably can't afford, and pollutes).

I know the feeling. We were coming back from a restaurant that we frequent maybe once every two months and spotted a building that was finished that was just going up the last time we were going by. ANOTHER BIKE SHOP! How could I have missed the news about this. All the while slowly cruising by I fought the urge to turn in and check it out. The wifey even suggested we turn in! "MUST RESIST THE URGE " I knew I would not come out of there without spending a few hundred bucks that I didn't need to spend, so I just didn't go in. It's off a piece of the city trail that I seldom use too. I'll hafta meander down that way some day on the bike.

Sometimes it's tough!
