Where are they/you now..? Homemade xtracycles?

Over the years there have been alot of really great looking home made xtracycles on the special thread.

All I ever see now though is 65r's.

I know mine is being rebuild with a step thru so I don't fall over getting off when stopped. But there were some really fabulous builds and mods shared; much better than mine.

So what happened folks.?

i still have mine, I just don't use it. I just like trying to make various bikes I see, so when the idea came to me and I found a good bike to try it I made it. it's just taking up space in my garage now. what made me finish it was a minor emergency where I had a flat on my truck and found out my spare was flat too. I was gonna try to take a tire up to a local tire repair on the bike, but it wasn't finished.

the test runs I posted in the "show your's..." thread are about the only times I've ridden it. it's heavy, but I think ii can use it for the zombie apocalypse or at least the next flat tire type emergency. I've got a couple other ideas, so most likely if I post in the thread again it will be a different bike.
