Personally I see no additional requirements for cyclists so no problem for cyclists. If I were to modify the law at all I would add something like: motorists must pass a cyclist in a separate lane or with 5' of clearance. 1) to be more like passing motorcyclists law 2) cover the cases where a cyclists is traveling in the left hand tire track (which I often do in combo right turn or straight lanes.)
