A neighbor of mine has a 2008 Lemond Poprad (59cm, disc brakes) which he's ridden year-in, year-out since new. He now has rusty chainstays (a clear hole in one of them), and bubbles starting to work up the downtube. So, he needs a new frame. As this is a bike he really loves, and the parts hung on it seem to be in good shape, finding a replacement Poprad seems to be the easiest route to get him back on the road. If you're aware of a frame in your neck of the woods which matches the description, let me know.
