Tights for the tall?

Has anyone found a brand that makes their tights a bit longer? I'm 6'3", I have a 34" waist and take a large in shorts--XL is too big--and I'm a 34" leg.

Thanks in advance.

I have had good luck with Performance Tights...

I am 6'4" 34" inseam 36" waist

I bought the Performance Triflex BIB Tights, They are plenty LONG!!!

I would tell you to order from Performance and not worry about the length.
You can always "CALL" and talk to someone there on the Telephone.

Telephone: an instrument for reproducing sounds at a distance; one in which sound is converted into electrical impulses for transmission by wire

hee hee sorry about the sarcasm

If I recall, both Nashbar and Performance carry some tights in medium-xlarge 'long' sizes.

Did you get with or without chamois? Also, I've never worn bibs, though I have tried them on. Seems like they could be a problem in the nipple region in the cold? Have you tried the regular triflex tights? And what size did you get?

I'm all about making phone calls--as long as I don't have to learn hindi--but I digress...

I got them with the Chamois... The "Bib" portion of the tights are soooo thin, you hardly know you are wearing bibs, except for the fact your lower back is nice and toasty.
Mine are "XL"

Not sure I made the right choice on Chamois, but it works for me.
I am gonna get a pair of UnderArmour Tights or Leggins... (what ever they call them) for under the Performance Tights.

The temp hasn't dropped as of yet, so I will take my time on getting the UA stuff. I did get a pair of UnderArmour Compression Shorts to wear under the Performance Tights. You see, even with a Chamois, it don't hide much of your jewels I found. LMAO I went to a Target Store and was wondering, what the He11 were all these women looking at? OOPS... Didn't think it would show with Chamois...WRONG!!! LMAO
I got a good laugh out of it, so now I wear something tight under the tights.

OK. I'll give the triflex bib a shot--going to order them today. I'll come back here and post when I get them.

Thanks :)

You could contact Lou at www.foxwear.net. He takes your measurements and custom makes the tights. He has many fabric choices as well. Mine are made of powershield. Probably end up cheaper than what you are going to pay as well.

Why the uncertainty about the chamois?

As promised, I got them, and I'm back here to post.

The Performance Triflex bib, with chamois, in a large, is a bit frickin' short. I suppose this might be a good time to define "long enough". My idea of long enough is that there would be little if any gap between the bottom of the tights and the top of the shoe, as opposed to the 2 inch gap that exists with these.

I did also purchase a pair of PEARL iZUMi tights (not bibs, no chamois), in a large. They do come down to the tops of my shoes. They are more expensive than Performance but they are a better fit. I'll give the PEARL iZUMi bibs a shot next. I'll come back and post about them.

Thanks

I know the XL Performance Triflex bibs were plenty long enough for my 34" inseem, they even bunch up a little at the shoe.

What size did you order?

That surprising, I'm 6'2" with a 34" inseam and have no problem with the Triflex tights in XL. I'm surprised the L size is that much shorter.
