What are the best winter gloves that can be bought at Performance for $40 or less?

I have some credit at Performance and I need some winter gloves. What do you recommend?

This will be for Chicago winters. And yes, I've used the search function first, but my question is specific enough so I thought it wouldn't hurt to just ask.
