Nokian Mount and Ground-rotation direction?
I just bought a set of these tires for my Trek 820. Went to put them on. Any other tire I've mounted had the rotation direction labeled on the tire. These don't.
The treads form a "v". Should the point of the v face foreward or rearward when you are looking down on the top of the tire? I'm guessing the point should face foreward.
Thanks in advance.

I think you are correct. I think my 106's do have arrows, and the point of the "v" in the tread goes forward

Just curious, do you have experience doing that? That is exactly how I have these tires on my bike, and I'm a little embarassed to admit it, but I did it by accident. I didn't feel like changing it right away. So this should provide a little better traction in loose snow? packed snow?

Another thing is the thread may wear out sooner.
