Also try your LBS. They might have sources you don't.

I got my W106s a few weeks ago and the new wheels they go on just came in today (darn Shimano). I just ordered them through my LBS. They got the tires the next day. The primarily order through QBP who seems to supply quite a few bike shops.

I was going to say to check out the ad-bot sources, but three of them are for car tires. The fourth is for bike tires, but it's in the UK. No wonder Joe doesn't get many click-through purchases.
