Sore knee...

I have a question... and I realize I could ask my doctor or my physical therapist, but my knee bothers me when I bike. I have tired to build up the muscles around it, but still find it to be painful. I am wondering if it will ever improve. And yes... I have used anti-inflammatory medications.

Has anyone had problems with this and did it clear up?

Sorry, I just noticed there was another "knee" thread listed here. I'll check out what people are saying there. Maybe the moderator would want to remove this one? I will try to be more careful before posting!

there are many threads on this. it seems to be a very common thing, and most people will suggest alterting the saddle height, fore/aft postion, cleat postion, etc.. as i haven't been able to resolve my knee problem yet, i have decided to spend money on a professional fitter since i haven't been able to find my "sweet spot" yet. hopefully you won't have to do that, and you'll be able to find what you need for free on the forum. good luck.

Thanks. I'll keep working at it. In the mean time, maybe keeping it warmer might help. Living in the Seattle area it can be cold and damp. That probably doesn't help either. Brrrrr1
