Replacing studs on Schwalbe Marathon Winters

Currently using Marathon Winters 26x1.75, and often run them on bare pavement and ice. I've lost 4 studs on one tire and 5 on the other after three seasons. Anyone know whether they can be replaced? Not that worried about loss of traction, but if this continues, it may become an issue.

Bikes: BiknBrian brand custom 26 inch commuter trekker, Cannondale F600 Single Speeded MTB, Nashbar Cro-Mo CX, some other bikes and parts that could be made into bikes.

I know they can be replaced, but I'm not sure about the exact process. I also have read that Schwable studs can be hard to come but that the more available Nokian studs will work.
