Rans Crank Forward

Has anyone tried a Rans crank forward semi recumbent in the snow?
I have a Rans Citi that I'm going to put the fattest knobbies on that will
fit and try it out.
It seems that with the majority of the riders weight over the back tire that
it should get good traction.
Now all I need is some snow, never thought I'd be saying that in northeast Ohio
in December!
